Please select a licence start date, an expiry date, and a licensed member count.

• The licence is valid from the beginning of the start date, through to the end of the expiry date. Licensing is calculated per 365-day year, or part thereof, at a cost of £4.50 per active member, per year.
• Select the number of active members.
• The 'Cost' field will then show the calculated licence cost. You may need to click outside an entry field to get an updated cost.
• Any discount from an unexpired licence will be applied on the 'Checkout' page.
• The minimum order value is £50.00.

If you are already licensed, and you wish to increase your member count, then you should select a new start date and expiry date, and a new total member count. The new start date may be before your current licence has expired; in this case, any credit from your previous licence is automatically applied. You cannot decrease your member count until your current licence expires.

You can renew an existing licence before the previous licence has expired. Simply enter a start date which is the day after the previous expiry date.
