These licence terms are applicable to any version of the SwimAdmin web application ('SwimAdmin', or 'the Software'). These versions include, but are not limited to, version 0623-xxx, where 'xxx' is an arbitrary numeric code. In the clauses below the term 'users' refers to any user of the Software.

  1. You and your users are expressly forbidden from providing support services for any aspect of SwimAdmin installation, usage or operation, where that support service is carried out in exchange for financial remuneration.
  2. SwimAdmin, together with all source code, HTML files, binaries, and documentation, is Copyright © Maia EDA Ltd., with the exceptions noted in clauses (3) and (4) below.
  3. The SwimAdmin installation creates a directory named /var/www1 on your computer. All files at and below this directory in the file tree are Copyright © Maia EDA Ltd., unless that file itself contains a clause naming a different copyright holder, and with the further exceptions noted in clause (4) below.
  4. No copyright claims are made on any files related to WordPress, DokuWiki, or Roundcube operation (these files are in the /var/www1/wordpress, /var/www1/dokuwiki, and /var/www1/roundcube subdirectories). Furthermore, no copyright claims are made on the following files, which are created by SwimAdmin and which may be downloaded and distributed freely by you or your users:
    1. Meet Description Files ('MDF' files)
    2. Gala electronic entry files
    3. Gala entry reports
    4. Your club SQLite database, or any report files which are generated from this database (including, but not limited to, member and official listings)
  5. Title to SwimAdmin is not transferred to you. Ownership of all copies of the Software is vested in Maia EDA Ltd., subject to the rights of use granted to you in this Agreement.
  6. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code, underlying user interface techniques or algorithms of the Software by any means whatsoever, directly or indirectly, or permit any other person to do so.
  7. SwimAdmin is provided 'as is', without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. In no event shall the copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising from, out of or in connection with the Software or the use of or other dealings in the Software.
